How to Access mySidewalk Academy
Login to mySidewalk: Use your existing mySidewalk credentials to log into the platform.
Navigate to mySidewalk Academy: Look for the new mySidewalk Academy link once logged in. You can find it from the far upper right side of the main menu:
โStart Learning: Click the link to enter the academy and start your training journey. We suggest beginning with Module 1.
We've found that customers who complete mySidewalk training publish more Reports and Dashboards than those who don't.
To get the highest possible ROI from mySidewalk, we strongly recommend that new customers complete introductory training.

Self-Paced Training: Learn at your own pace with the ability to track your progress. The system will send you reminders to complete your training, ensuring you stay on track.
Concise and Effective Videos: Each training video is designed to be short but information-dense, with an average length of just 2-3 minutes. This makes it easy to fit learning into your busy schedule.
Comprehensive Coverage: Our courses cover a wide range of topics, from finding the right data to exploring and visualizing data, and building and publishing reports and dashboards. By the end of the training, you'll be able to create your own dashboards confidently.
Introductory and Advanced Content: Our one-hour and 45-minute introductory training content will give you a solid foundation. Additionally, we offer two advanced courses, each approximately 20 minutes long, focusing on custom boundaries and uploading data.
