mySidewalk Academy offers a flexible, accessible learning experience. It splits learning the platform into modules, with videos so you can learn at your own pace. Pause, follow along in the videos, or watch at double speed—it's all about what works for you!

Here's everything you need to access and make the most of mySidewalk Academy.

How to access mySidewalk Academy

You can go straight to mySidewalk Academy here, or you can follow the steps below.

  1. Login to mySidewalk: Use your existing mySidewalk credentials to log into the platform.
  2. Navigate to mySidewalk Academy: Look for the new mySidewalk Academy link once logged in.
    1. On the homepage or in Sidekick, you can find the link in the Support menu on the bottom left:

    3. In Seek, Reports, or Dashboards, you can find it from the far upper right side of the main menu. Click on the question mark to open the menu:

  3. Start learning: Enter the academy by signing in with your mySidewalk login information and start your training journey. Begin with Module 1.

Tip: Organizations whose users complete mySidewalk training publish more reports and dashboards than those who don't. 

To get the highest possible ROI from mySidewalk, we strongly recommend new users complete the introductory modules in mySidewalk Academy.
