Share a Link to a Sidekick Visualization

Share visualizations with colleagues, electeds, and other community stakeholders.

After Sidekick generates a visualization, you can generate and and share a public link to that others can view, interact with, and download the visualization.

Step 1: Open share menu

  • After Sidekick has generated a visualization, click Share in the bottom-right corner of the visualization.


Step 2: Share

  • Click the toggle next to "Public link" to generate a shareable link.


Step 3: Copy link

  • Copy the link and share it with others via email and/or social media.
  • Folks with the shared link can view, interact with, and download the visualization for use in their own work and decisions.

Step 4: Edit sharing (optional)

  • You can re-share or turn off the public link by going to Your Visualizations and navigating to the specific visualization you've shared.
  • Open the visualization, click on the green "Shared" button, and toggle "off" the public link.
